We do not refund or exchange advertising purchases (banner ads, text ads, solo ads, etc.) unless the ad has not run yet.
You are purchasing the actual advertising, and we cannot guarantee results. We do guarantee that any ads you order will be placed. If we are unable to provide your advertising for some reason, we will refund the amount in full.
For website scripts, ebooks, membership accesses, and other downloadable products, we will exchange for something else if it's not what you needed or refund.
